Exceptional and professional service! He even got my frozen door lock to work on my newly purchased truck, a lock I did not even know was frozen up per non-use. I thought my key was the problem. And he was able to program a FOB I got online, and saved me many $$.

All I can say is... “Wow!”. We have used the services of S&O Lock several times over the years, and it’s always been a great experience. Excellent service, quality workmanship... the kind of service you always hope you’ll have when you need help. They don’t list their hours as “open” on Sundays, but I took a chance anyway, and Mark answered! What a great guy... our van ignition switch was malfunctioning and I hated the thought of paying for towing. Mark gave me some helpful suggestions over the phone, and one of the items he suggested WORKED. At least I was able to start the vehicle and get it home. I still plan to have them involved in the repair this week... and due to our positive past experiences with S&O, I am sure we’ll get a solid repair!
