I'd just ended the work day to find out it’s locked my keys in my car. It’s about 8:30 pm - 8:45 and I request AAA who shows that someone will be available at 9:15am the next day. Did a quick search and Dougs is one of the few 24/he locksmiths in the area. He must’ve gotten there in 10 minutes and had me in the car with 3. Gotta love the efficiency and professionalism he has too.

Locked myself out of my house. Called multiple places, either closed, or wanted to charge $175 plus $2 per mile. Doug's was the hero. Got me in the house and to work in less than an hour. That hour included locksmiths travel time. Charged a fair amount. Will definitely call DOUG'S AGAIN, if needed.

Doug, Carla & Tim are the most phenomenally nice people with integrity. Tim was exceptional repairing my truck ignition key tumbler and doors and remade all keys and remotes when they could have replaced locks for a lot more. They kept suggesting on saving money. Tim stayed hour + late to finish the project with no extra fee. Thank you all!
