I had extra house keys made and extra post office box keys made. The key making machine worked great, and I got the house keys made and given to me on the spot. The post office keys being a special key, was sent to me 3-4 days later. No problem. All of the keys worked perfectly. I liked the key machine, because I couldn't find a convenient locksmith or key making service. Thank you. I would use it again.

Been calling for over an hour trying to get a locksmith to my apartment, every time I call the customer service says they will have a technician call me with an ETA, I’ve called 4 different times and still have yet to get a call back from a tech to see when he’s coming out and I’m standing outside and it’s called, very unprofessional

For the most part keys were great only has one copy that didn't come out correctly. Even with that they were the only company that could make copies of my mailbox key for my roommates.
