DO NOT RECOMMEND. We were locked out of our house, an agent came within 30 minutes and drilled out one of our door locks. We were charged $270, which we feel is clearly price gouging. The receipt we were emailed did not show the company name or any specific info, nor the technician's info. When we called the company a few days later to ask for the info of the tech, they did not know who had performed the work and did not send us a copy of the original handwritten invoice upon request. Additionally, the day after we paid for the service with our credit card, there was a fraudulent purchase on our credit card. We do not have proof that the person who did this was the technician that came to our house but it seems possible/likely given various circumstances. We read through most of the 5-star reviews, and they are clearly fake - they all say the same thing in slightly different wording and the "reviewers" are all reviewing ~8 places in the same spots throughout the country. Look elsewhere for locksmith services.

The locksmith from Mobile Locksmith service was outstanding. He showed up on the appointed time and provided an efficient service. Figured out the key needed for my car lock, cut it and had me back on the road in less than an hour from phone call to keys. The charges were reasonable than two other places I called too. Best locksmith service.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, STEALING, and LYING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! BEWARE!! For your own sake - FIND ANOTHER LOCKSMITH - Here's my story : I'm not sure how my brother found this business. But I would advise NO ONE do business with this company. Originally, my underage brother called the locksmith team to help him as he locked his keys in his car. The locksmith representative arrived, unlocked the door, and quoted my brother $300 for the service - which after research the service is only $120. Being that my brother is underage, he did not have the means to pay the agent, and asked if he could lower the price. The agent said he could lower it to $250 however, if he was not able to pay, the agent threaten to drive off and keep my brother's keys since he was unable to pay. Stressed and worried that his car was going to get taken away, he called to ask for me to transfer the funds to his account so that he can pay for the service. After paying for the service the agent drove off, my brother called the company back at which point he confirmed that he overpaid ($130). The representative over the phone stated that they would refund the money IN FULL once we spoke to the manager the next day. We called the manager and provide bank statements time stamped showing that we paid the excess funds. After reviewing our documents, the manager called and stated that his agent informed him that he DID NOT get paid for the service. And instead left unpaid. THIS WAS NOT TRUE, as we have time stamp statements. In other words, the agent pocketed the money and committed FRAUD! We went as far as to gain video footage from the gas station ATM my brother debited the funds from and PHYSICALLY HANDING THE MONEY TO THE AGENT. Even after seeing this video footage and timestamped statements the "owner/manager" did not believe that we paid his agent. He did refund the difference. Only AFTER we threaten to take the business to small claims court and contact the police. LONG STORY SHORT - This business will overcharge you, pocket the difference and blame you as the customer. BEWARE!!
