The lock on the door leading from our first floor to the lower level malfunctioned which made the lock inoperable. Of course, it was after hours and our puppy was in the lower level. I contacted Simon, who said that he could arrive within minutes. He did. He was also able to remedy the problem within minutes. Many thanks! Simon was most professional and courteous.
