I was having carpet installed so I stuck my meds in the safe so I’d know where to find them because I had to empty my living room one day to have the carpet replaced then they came back 2 days later to do the bedrooms, so I had to move everything out of the bedrooms, including the safe. While moving it something must have jammed it because the digital combo wouldn’t work nor the backup key. Benji was kind enough to squeeze me into his schedule the next day. He called ahead of time and told me when to expect him. He was very professional and courteous and was able to open the safe without drilling it, which I was happy about, but then again not sure I can trust that it won’t lock me out again, so I may purchase a better quality one anyway. I will definitely call Jim’s Lock Service again if I ever need that type of service in the future.

Quick and efficient. I was thrilled to have another key for our vehicle. I worry about losing my one-and-only key. Jim's Locks was able to sync my new key fob to my vehicle in less than 20 minutes! (The dealership said it would take over 1 hour and would cost nearly twice as much!)
