Recently got new keys for my Honda and had to have the keys reprogrammed, from start to finish I was very happy with the service that I received at mounts lock and key service They were very straightforward and explained to me everything in detail right down to the final penny. You don’t stay in business as long as they have by not being good to people and by not being the best. They simply are the best. Super nice and helpful. The local Honda dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and keep my car for half the day for a very simple thing such as this, if you need anything done that has to deal with remotes car keys, key fobs or any kind of lock call mounts. Thanks mounts lock and key!!!

ignition keys DO NOT WORK. Was told to get key codes from dealership, so i did. Then once testing keys found the ignition one doesnt even work. So we called to explain it and find out why, asked about coming out to fix the issue and it would cost us 3x what it did to cut the keys they sent us to grab a code for. We asked about maybe a discount or working it out and they told us no. It is their fault. really? I called the day before asking about key options since i had lost my truck i followed their advice, i thought it would be fair to work out a discount but nope. oh well, never going thru them again.

I was really impressed how fast the locksmith came and opened my truck. In minutes the truck was opened. he has great personality and of course great customer service I highly recommend Mounts lock and key...to anyone who's locked out

Did their best prying the keyless bike rack off of my Kia and needed a few tries. Took them a bit of time (20 min max) and off it was. Even made me a spare car key for a grand total $26. Can't beat that. Just wish I took care of my issue a year ago. Took no time at all, really. Polite and professional with good advice.
