Today I locked my daughter and dog into our key. It’s 100 degrees. Andy dropped everything he is doing and rushes out to the place I was at. I didn’t even wait five minutes for him to get there to rescue my family. By far the best company you could use. This outcome could have been a lot worse if it was not for Andy and Nikki working as a team to take care of the children and I ! Forever Grateful.

Mother in Law made me realize something about this guy... Just moved into a new home and we wanted to get our locks changed. Easy enough fix. Lars made a courtesy call earlier in the day to make sure we were still on. He showed up on time and got straight to work. Based on his Core Values of Loyalty and Trustworthiness I believed everything he was telling me about the type of work needing to be done and the price. When all the work was completed he quoted me an amount that, after paying, I later sent to my Mother in Law. She told me that the amount was a bargain for the work that was completed. This alone goes to show that Lars did not try to take advantage of me or hike up prices based on my lack of knowledge of the trade. Lars was extremely personable and very knowledgeable of his trade, answering all the questions I had thoroughly and honestly. He worked assertively and efficiently without wasting any time. I would recommend Lars to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks again brother!
