My grandfather lost his only key fob for his vehicle so he was stranded without any help. We called Atlantic Coast Lock and Yvonne eased us through this stressful situation and she was able to get someone out to my grandfather within an hour. She helped us use AAA and their services to get him a better deal without breaking the bank. Very affordable. Yvonne even called us back and texted us to let us know we would have service earlier than expected and she went out of her way to make that happen!! Very pleased with all of our service and will use Atlantic Coast Lock again!

Great place! Had a couple of motorcycle keys made and they made sure everything was working great. Even helped with bad lock on gas cap. Definitely recommend them for your key needs

I had an ignition switch that would not turn. After waiting hours for another nearby locksmith to return my call I contacted A Atlantic which is across town from my location. They told me if I could get the car to them they could repair it that day. A tow truck driver was actually able to get the car started so I drove there. The plan was to remove and rebuild the 20 year old switch and they started as soon as I arrived. However after removing the switch, they found that it was just very dirty. They cleaned and tested the switch and re-installed it. This was all done in less than an hour. As of this writing, I am still waiting for the other locksmith to return my call. It would have been very easy for them to sell me more service and parts, but they chose to be professional and only performed what was necessary. I won't say what they charged me for this repair but I will say the gas I used to get there would have exceeded their charge. I don't often need the services of a locksmith, but they have surely won me as a customer and will get my glowing recommendation. They are fair, honest, fast, and knowledgeable. Call these folks first, you will not be dissatisfied.

Top notch & first class operation. Needed an unusual key copied for a 20 year old overhead garage door. Mr. Doc stepped up & knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend A Atlantic Coast Lock. They provided me quick service and at a very reasonable cost. I will do business there again!

There is simply not enough positive words to describe just how grateful I am for this team. I have a VW beetle that has been extremely problematic, but Yvonne, Bobby, and the rest of the Atlantic Coast Lock team have treated it with the highest priority and the deepest considerations. My key broke out of the shell, and where the dealership tried to convince me that there were no other options but to go to them, ACL proved them wrong! Not only did they attempt to repair my existing key (which would have been extremely inexpensive considering the effort they were devoting to it) but when the original broke even more, they went to the extent to buy a special tools to program my key and get me an entire replacement so fast. The amount of time, energy, and equipment they invested in this project was unreal but giving up was not an option to them and I couldn’t be more apologetic for how strenuous this process has been for them. They refused to let me believe it was an inconvenience and still charged me a fraction of the price that the dealership would have just to take a look. I am in awe of just how kind, considerate, and hard working these people are. They also have me several recommendations for other local businesses who would be willing to work on the other issues I have with my car. Their customer service and kindness is unmatched and I am so grateful to have done business with them! Thank you Yvonne and Bobby and everyone else!!!
