Friendly service. Brought my car ignition key cylinder in to be refitted with new wafers since it was sticking badly. They thought it would take about 20 minutes. Due to an issue with the cylinder, ended up taking about 2 hours but they didn't give up. Did an outstanding job repairing it and the nice thing was that they charged me the original estimate even though it took much longer. They swapped my current transponder chip into a new shell and cut me a new key since mine was so worn down. That saved me a ton of money over a new transponder key and having to program it. Great customer service. I would recommend them for your lock and key needs.

Aero was contacted by Alpha Guardian for warranty work on my Cannon Safe. It was quite an ordeal getting Alpha Guardian to follow through on my warranty claim but Aero helped clear things up when confusion arose.
