The person answering the phone was so very helpful and nice. They had someone out within hours. The wrong key was put into my Vans ignition and I could not get the key out. I am so glad I called them because they were so nice, quick and reasonably priced. The person that came and got the key out was also very nice and worked so quick even with having to take the steering cover off in order to get the incorrect key out. I thought I was going to have to have it towed to a service station and replace the ignition, but he got the key out and the ignition still works with the correct key. They were PERFECT and GREAT service!!

I locked my keys in my car! That sounds like disaster to me! But I called Peoria Lock & Safe, and from the time I placed the call to the time they handed me my keys was 37 minutes! OMG, the person that answered the phone was very friendly, the technician that came and opened my car was quiet, got straight to work and was done in minutes!
