I called at 6:30 AM for a car key reprogramming and the first person I spoke to hung up on me. called again, and set up an appointment for a tech to come out. they called back and said their first appointment was for 8 am. I agreed. 8:30 am, and I got a call saying that my tech was on the way, usually 15-30 minutes. at this point I'm a little annoyed, as we're already approaching an hour past my appointment, but said alright, and waited. 9 o'clock hits, and I get a call saying it's going to take another 40 minutes for a tech to get out to me. I agreed, but told him he had to get here by 9:45, as I had to leave.... 10 oclock I called and he says he's still 15 minutes away. 10:30 I called to just get a voicemail. Unprofessional. 4 hours after my first call, and 2 and a half hours after my appointment was supposed to be. If they had told me 10:30, I would've just declined in the first place.... go somewhere else, save yourself the headache
