The kiosk was difficult to use. Hard to get key in and it took a long time to get credit card information to you. However, once done keys made quickly and they were perfect

I was looking for non-standard nails, specifically 4" galvanized nails, and the big box stores didn't have them. Searching for hardware stores in the neighborhood, I came across this little gem of a store with really helpful staff. They had the nails on display and even more odd sizes nicely organized. I'm definitely coming back for all my hardware needs.

Very informative and helped me a great deal with an unfortunate situation related to a paint job. They even took the time months later to help me get receipts and invoices for the painting supplies I needed for the aforementioned situation and accommodated for me to pick them up after work hours. I am sure that most people don't have experiences like this when it comes to going to their local hardware store, but I simply want to emphasize on how this store really went above and beyond to help a local resident in the community. Thank you again Wilton Hardware, Wilton is very lucky to have you!
