My appointment window was between 1-3PM, received a call stating he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier if I liked. He arrived 15 minutes from the call as he said he would, at 12:20. The work was completed without delay. He offered to set the lock up completely. This was an additional deadbolt on a door which had a keyed lock, he asked if I'd like to have one key to work both locks as an option. He offered that if I ever had any problems with the strike or working over time, contact them and they will be glad to make any adjustments. Very friendly and professional, thanks, Rob.
