Called on the run about taking the lock off my hitch because I misplaced the key. Came to the shop and Billy came out and promptly took the look off and attempted to re-key. Told him not to worry about it it as it would likely cost me more than a new lock. He agreed. Now, will he was working, I chatted him up and found him to be friendly. He even told me about his background - gosh I wish I was a locksmith. Anyhow, he is locked down town Winter Garden towards Dillard so getting in and out is easy. He runs a full service locksmith shop and even sells gun safes and accessories. I will continue to support his business so long as I receive this same stellar customer service and I no reason to believe otherwise. Stop in!

Its a good store has a lot, a bit high priced, reason for 2 star is cashiers keep asking you 3 times to donate my change 3 times trying to make me feel guilty for not donating to??? that didn't sit right with me ask ONCE not 3 times and third time she put her hand over the change cup after I said no 2 times wow pressure at a the check out hope owner sees this and changes this will go elsewhere now mostly

Rudest manager I've ever encountered. The salesperson I dealt with wasn't much better, he acted like I was asking him for a kidney donation!! It was way too much trouble to find a price for me. I'll go to their Tavares where they KNOW what good customer service is. Both of these individuals need to be reminded that they are fortunate to have jobs, and that the impression they leave on customers, is the impression they leave on the company as a whole.

I was searching around for some specific electrical boxes that none of the other stores had. The staff went above and beyond on the phone for me to ensure they had them in stock before we drove up to Mt. Dora to get them. This is the difference of a local store compared to the big box stores that just don’t care. Five stars all the way for this experience and I thank you for making me feel important.

They don't update their online products. Placed an order for same day pick up, when I called to check on order I was told "haven't checked the online orders" and then "don't have those, haven't in over a year" waste of time and money.
