I called because we were locked out of our car at a gas station. Be said it would be thirty minutes. Then 50 minutes later we were still waiting. So i called the guy back to make sure he was finding the location ok....he said he was stuck in traffic but was still on way.... He acted like he was closer that he was about to take our exit.....so we waited longer because we needed in our car..... But it had been well over an hour and he shoulda have been there by then... I called several times no answer.... He never called to say he wasn't gunna make it or anything.... So all together it was almost two hours we waited for this guy....... And when I called his voicemail it was his voice saying not to leave a message because he doesn't return phone calls ...smh....... I have never had such horrible service.....

Called yesterday I could not get my key out of my car But got it out before he arrived called back to let him know asked if i owed anything he said $35 gave card said I would get receipt never did and account said $40 taken out

Does not cut keys right. Usually cuts too deep and will not work right. Go to licensed locksmith, they calibrate their machines daily.
