Excellent customer service. I wanted a certain model of a grill that was out of stock at the Oshkosh location. They transferred me to a different location and had it delivered to Oshkosh so I could pick it up. Saved me a lot of time because I also asked for a few accessories to add to the order. They even brought it out to my car! I was very happy that i shopped local.

I go to the Ace Hardware store to get a certain kind of soda pop that I have been unable to find any where else in the city of Oshkosh Wisconsin. It is a brand of Sasparilla,I have been drinking since I discovered it 2 or 3 years ago when I was in this particular Hardware store, and I picked up a bottle of it for $1.35 + tax ,and I drank it, and I have been drinking it every since. I have also had the pleasure of having tried the other flavors of soda pop that the store sells with the exception of the plain cola, of which I am not a big fan......

I was finally able to have a simple car key made from my fob, which I had been told at other hardware stores (Ace included) could not be done. It was only $2.00 !!! It works great & I'm happy 😃
