I did like the quick and convenient ease it was to make the key. However the key does work but I need to jiggle it a bit for it to turn. This was the only drawback but the key does work.

The Minute Key I used is a self-service, automated, key-duplication kiosk, located inside a big-box home center store. I had never used anything like this, prior to this experience. It was easy to use, and all the key copies I made worked perfectly. The price for a single copy seemed a little steep compared to what I usually pay at a locksmith shop. I needed three copies of the door key I had, and the third copy was free of charge, so that improved the value. The kiosk offered inducements to buy more products, which was a little annoying. Overall, the experience was good, and the value, to me, was fair.

I like their kiosk, I made several copies of the keys to my house and they all work as expected. My only quibble is they sell a set of "Spring Rings" that are keyring that are easier to get your keys on/off of than normal keyring. But, they don't work with all the keys I had made. They fit the standard keyring hole in most of the keys, but the regular brass keys they sell have the Minute Key logo carved into the handle and no regular keyring hole. And the spring ring doesn't fit these keys.
