Attempt to copy my car key ended in the key being damaged at a big box store. Key seller advised me to use a local locksmith. After looking around, I found Chaffee Lok-Pro not far from where I live. Business was easily identifiable. Parking was easy. The lady was very professional and finished the duplication in a couple of minutes. She did ask if I wanted them to program the key. Since I had a software, I didn't do that. The duplicated key works flawlessly. Would highly recommend this local business!

I feel bad I didnt write this review sooner! But last winter while getting my daughter in the car for daycare I had gotten her buckled had the car on to warm up the car, I dropped something on the ground and bumped the door closed while grabbing it I tried to open the door and it was locked I was freaking out. My daughter was too! I called chaffe as they were very close to me. I explained everything and probably sounded so frantic! Iwas trying so hard to keep my daughter occupied so she wouldnt know i was freaking out. They arrived in about 20 min amd got it unlocked. I was so grateful and daughter was perfectly fine thank you!!

We own a 2013 Ford Escape, bought new and including 2 key fobs that came with the vehicle. Last week after a battery change, both fobs inexplicably failed, and would perform no functions. Olathe Ford Service Department tried to reprogram the fobs, but could not. They then told us that we needed 2 new fobs, which including reprogramming, would cost $600, an offer we declined. Yesterday we took the fobs to Chaffee Lok-Pro, and they offered to try reprogramming them. After working on them for less than an hour, Lok-Pro had both fobs performing successfully, as they were originally intended to perform, at a cost of less than $100. We cannot speak highly enough of this company, and their employees, and their service. We appreciate having a company of this caliber in Olathe. Thank you, Chaffee Lok-Pro.
