This is my first time to use this company, I had given instructions to use the first phone number to call to reach my daughter who is at the site where the vehicle is. I received 3 follow up calls and the last call did not end very well. The customer service approach of the technician was rude. After I said to please call my daughter's number because I am not near the vehicle to be unlocked he already got upset. I understand it is difficult to reach her and she needs help but as a business person you should not tell me as a parent to leave my daughter out there. You did not even consider her safety! I understand I was the one who called for help and yes your help would have been much appreciated if your work ethics was based on professionalism. There might be a language barrier but that is forgivable and understandable. Whoever the technician who called me last needs some in service training on customer service. I was not rude to begin with until the technician told me "well leave your daughter out there then." Really, put your place in my shoe. I hope your safety is not at stake.
