The guys here special ordered a fancy vehicle key for me. It arrived shortly after and, rather than risk messing it up at this shop, they sent me to their sister shop down the road who had a fancier key cutter. Cool! No problem. Paid for the key and went me down the road 10 minutes. Sister shop unfortunately was having a problem with their machine; just bad timing. They said they'd refund me whatever their competitor charged to cut the key—and they followed through! That's serious integrity and good business. I'd be happy to come back here again.

Unmanned keyosk. Kept saying that all my keys had chips in them even the ones that didn't. Price for the chipped key was more than twice the price of what the Chevrolet dealership charged.

The service technician, Tom, was very professional. He showed up on time. He quickly assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He was friendly too.
