Too expensive paid $185 to get my keys out of my car. I feel ripped off.

My new key worked great and I and my friends love the options available to decorate them! I got "Finding "Nemo", "Mickey Mouse" and "cheeeta" decorated keys & all were delivered by the date promised. I will certainly use your company for keys, when needed, in the future.

Unmanned keyosk. Kept saying that all my keys had chips in them even the ones that didn't. Price for the chipped key was more than twice the price of what the Chevrolet dealership charged.

I love this service and my 8 year old son enjoyed participating in making an extra house key. The only critique I have is the delivery time. It took almost a week and a half to receive the key in the mail. I understand that mail service is heavily affected at this time by outside circumstances. It would just be nice if the key could be dispensed from the machine or have a faster mail turn around time.

The guys here special ordered a fancy vehicle key for me. It arrived shortly after and, rather than risk messing it up at this shop, they sent me to their sister shop down the road who had a fancier key cutter. Cool! No problem. Paid for the key and went me down the road 10 minutes. Sister shop unfortunately was having a problem with their machine; just bad timing. They said they'd refund me whatever their competitor charged to cut the key—and they followed through! That's serious integrity and good business. I'd be happy to come back here again.
