Almost 3 years ago we got locked out of our house in the June heat, I was 9months pregnant we had our 2 year old son outside as we were set to go to the courthouse to get married officially while our 3 girls were in their last day of school we LOCKED our van key in the house! Luckily my husband had his phone in his pocket and made the call, response in minutes and we were in the house got the key and were on our way with little time delay, got our paperwork from the courthouse and kids picked up on time -single handedly the BEST wedding gift we got!

Today I stopped in for work to have a few copies made of a key we use. Three for three copied and later functioned in the locks fine, but what lacked was either an automated part of the process or a fixed brush on the outside of the machine to knock off the sharp, loose burrs that I often see left on freshly ground keys. Address that and I would upgrade this to 5/5 review.
