I have used Citadel twice to install exterior door handles and deadbolts at two homes. (Note: the handles/locks Citadel installs are more sturdy/robust/secure than those sold through big box stores.) Both installations went off without issue and each took roughly half a day for three handles and dead bolts. After the second install I had an issue with one of the door handles. The handle wouldn't stay tight against the door. I'm not sure how Citadel could have caught this potential issue because the handle worked initially-over time it tends to come loose. Regardless, the annoyance of a loose handle became an issue and insecure so after explaining the problem a Citadel technician was on-site within 12 hrs. Within 30 mins the technician (apologies for not getting the tech's name) had clearly explained the problem and the fix that was required. No more spinning handle. And, saved me from having to replace the whole door. I have every confidence that the hard-earned money I spend with Citadel is well worth the product and service they provide. Will use again, no doubt.
