i THOT I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO HAVE A DUPLICATE KEY. iT WAS expensive at $85 but it was hasslefree and worked when nothing else, including dealer could help. Machine in lobby is easy to use and mail was prompt. No contact hassles or masks requiered

Called to check pricing for a few keys and fobs.The owner / operator abruptly hangs up the phone...so I called back and he yells, "we don't work on Mercedes-Benz!", and hangs up on me again. Was actually looking for 3 FOBS and key cutting which only one was Mercedes-Benz. Whew...thank GOD this guy showed his true colors before I had any chance of doing business with him.

Very timely, professional and reasonable on fixing / installing door lock. I called them to come unlock my business right before their closing time on Saturday. I was a goof and locked my keys in the office.
