We had a problem with our camper van LiFe battery. Even though we arrived minutes before closing, they helped us remove it, charged it for free, and the next morning helped us re-install it (we didn't have exactly the right wrench). They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and clear about what they could--and couldn't--do for us, including recommending another vendor in the area who was familiar with our setup. I would definitely return there in the future for battery purchase and/or service.

We got locked out of our business and the lock smith our company usually uses couldn't service us until tomorrow. So I was looking up lock smiths and decided to give my husband the number to this business. The person who helped us, said it would take about 3 hours until they could help us today. Which ended up being sooner. They are great with communicating, calling to update on time, and just overall we are satisfied with this business. They fixed our lock in a timely manner and although we were late opening due to weather and electricity being shut down; we really do thank y'all for helping us!

The worst customer service. I called to see if they could unlock my car for me, and the man on the phone and the technician that came to my site were both very unprofessional. After the service was complete, the technician wasn’t even able to take a credit card, and he didn’t have change to take a cash payment. I understand that he probably didn’t carry cash for safety purposes, but I was never told that they couldn’t take a card and that should have been specified before the technician was sent out. When I am stuck someplace in the dark, by myself, and I have to ask a stranger for a service that I have to pay for, all I expect is that they are professional, and have the common decency to be nice. It’s not that hard, and it’s a legitimate way to run a business. I am very disappointed with this service.

Worst customer service. I called to have my car opened and he rudely said no, because he was having dinner and that he always gets called when he is having dinner. I don't know why he says he is 24-7 service if he isn't going to help. I understand there is lunch hours but it wasn't my fault that other people call him during his breaks. He could have been polite about it and said it could take certain amount of time. Would not recommend in need of help.
