Got the need filled. Sump pumps require a strange battery and while done auto shops have shimmering that would work the specialty battery for deep cycle and maximum peace of mind was worth going to a specialty store. Prompt shipping, decent price, and easy pickup were all part of the deal.

I need a new battery for my car, I knew that Batteries Plus not only sold them but installed them too. Rick could not have been more helpful. He tested my battery, installed a new one and disposed of the old one. He was very efficient and had it completed in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I ordered online for in store pickup and it was ready within an hour or so. Picked up the battery and went home and installed it right away only to find out the battery was dead; not even enough power to roll the windows up. My vehicle went from barely starting to not starting at all. I had to let it sit and charge for several hours hoping it wasn't going to rain. Update: battery was dead again the next morning. Not an issue with the vehicle. The only reason I bought a new battery is because the previous owner installed one that was lower power than OE causing hard starts.

Normally I would have installed my own battery in my car. But I have severe arthritis in my hands now so my neighbor talked me into having BP do it. They guys there were just wonderful! Friendly and quick and helpful! You should give them a raise!!! (They didn’t tell me to say that, either! I didn’t know I was going to get this survey, anyway.) I’ll be using Batteries Plus for my car from now on. 5 stars!
