I booked an appointment with my dealership for a car key. Then a friend recommended KeyMe. I chatted to an online representative who said the key will cost a maximum of $99.99. I was thrilled, cancelled my appointment with the dealership, went to this kiosk, and found out it will actually cost $175. Now I'm back to booking an appointment with my dealership.

Well, to tell the truth, the key that I made with KeyMe did not work in the lock it was made for. I followed all the directions when making the key in the KeyMe machine, but the finished product just didn't work. I sent an email to KeyMe support and almost immediately got a return message. They were so kind and professional and processed a refund right away. I've never had such great service -- not even from Nordstrom's!!!
