It was easy, but my keys didn't work. I gave 5 stars because the customer service was fast and easy to get my refund.

I had to make 4 different keys. All of them work just fine! Convenient to have the kiosk at my local Fred Meyer.

For Thanksgiving I had a great idea to get a Traeger grill to cook my turkey. It was off season for grill buying (Not my best timing for ideas) I had called and Renee the manager took my call. She answered all my questions and was able to find the grill I was looking for. She ordered it 5 minutes past the cut off to make the truck and be there the day before Thanksgiving. Well, she came through!! First thing Wednesday morning she called me and shared the good news. Way to go above and beyond. The funny thing is 2 weeks prior I was a little early meeting a friend in the shopping center for coffee and Ace looked like it had some cute things inside, I was not in the market for anything at hardware store , but I went in because the store was very inviting. I walked around the store and was very impressed with the layout and the things they offered for sale. It is much more than just a hardware store! The customer service was top notch! I don’t live terribly close, but I will certainly be back for future needs. Thanks Renee! Keep up the good work!

Helpful employees and a well stocked store. The employees are knowledgeable with a couple that are very knowledgeable. Good store for home projects.

This place is awesome. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They have good quality lumber and help in choosing the right wood for you. Highly recommend this place.

This used to be a place where people help you right when you walk in. That’s why they can up charge on their items. This time I had a simple one item order. Nobody helped me and I spent 10 minutes trying to find what I need. Then walked up to the back registers (there’s 2 of them) where 3 women were standing around doing nothing and I asked if they could check me out. Got a resounding “go deal with it up front”. It was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. The other ladies seemed happy to help but, what I assume was the manager, basically shut down helping a customer. The lady up front was busy restocking. She had to stop being productive to check me out while the other 3 women laughed and told jokes at the back register. You’ve lost our business and should fire that manager. We’ve been local customers for 40+ years. It’s a shame.

Town Center Hardware is a clean, bright and friendly place to shop. They had a good price on an EGo Battery Power Station for winter power outages. Joan ordered it from the warehouse and called me when it arrived at the store a few days later. Battery units are heavy. Joan and I carted it out to my car and together we hefted into the trunk. I think she did most of the work. When I was building a table lamp, Joan helped me find the perfect Edison LED bulbs. My kind of hardware store.
