Literally came back to my home to flip out when my credit card unaware of myself declared fraud. I live alone. I have never been more terrified horrible, horrific service. If I could rate this below stars I would. I don’t even ever create posts. That’s how horrified I was.

I recently moved into a parsonage outside of Boston as I'm the new pastor at a local church. The locks and some of the doorknobs needed to be fixed or changed so I contacted Locks & Keys, Inc Locksmiths. The individual who answered the phone was extremely gruff and rude. But I decided to go with it and see if the person they were sending out would be good. Everyone has a bad day, right? The gentleman that came out to look at the locks was friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He said he was going to get back to me about an estimate for the work. I was feeling pretty confident that things were going to work out despite the rough start. But I never got a call back with an estimate. That was about a month or more ago. UPDATE: I got a call from the owner and it turned out that something got lost in the process. He sent someone back out to get an estimate and it was the same guy that came out before. The estimate was half as much as another locksmith we talked with so we went with them and it worked out well. He was quick and thorough. Good service.

Do not use this company, they over charge. I waited 45min min for a man to come and do a 2 second job an pop my car door open for me then proceeds to say 250$ I said for what?! I was thinking 50$ so I call the next day to get some answers on why this was so high and they proceed to give me the run around with no real answers. And also took them over 24 hrs to send me a receipt. This company clearly hustles people cuz a tow is cheaper then that.

Im not going to lie. I was skeptical, bcuz on the machine. They say better than a locksmith. But actually it was worth every penny. Their job quality was real good. No complaints.

My key was unable to be made everywhere I tried until I decided to try one last time at the mall kiosk although they couldn’t make a key fob copy they were able to copy the key w the chip but would not be able to get right then at the kiosk but I paid and got it about 5days later so far so good Price was pretty decent too!!! Thank u!!!
