I cannot say enough about P&M. I have used them several times and they are great. Both times they were at my property within an hour. Mark is so nice and professional. Their pricing is unbeatable in my opinion especially for the quality service you get. They are neat and so quick! I had a special key that I used and Mark even went out of his way to go back to the office so he could key me another one! Do not use anyone else - you won't be disappointed!

I foolishly locked the keys inside the car. I was stuck in an underground parking lot. The parking guard recommended Stowers Mobile Locksmith, whom he had known from similar cases in the past. I called. They arrived in minutes. Opened the car door without any problem and without any damage. The price was really comfortable. Great company.

Absolutely terrible. Do not use unless it is an absolute last resort, and even then I would consider all other options first. Their 'technician' who is not their employee, so they say, was 2 and a half hours late. This after multiple calls from both the dispatch and the technician where I was constantly told "They'll be there in just 10 more minutes." They then vastly over charge for the privilege of them even showing up. Overall horrible service and response time. Do not recommend.

Took my info and never showed up to assist when locked out of building. Even after 5 hours. No customer service either to check in with for an update. Highly recommend you do not use their weekend services.
