Great locksmith. Used them several times. All staff wear masks and there are markings on the floor to space customers out. Also plexiglass shields at counters.

Previously posted the below, but the lock appears to work just fine. My apologies! It seems like the problem is incompetant building management who claimed they couldn't get in my unit with the new lock and wanted to charge me fines. Upgrading from a 1-star to 4 star. I was instructed by my HOA that they had the master key and I would need to rekey my place according to it. This was the only option of places to do this, as they are the preferred vendor. The customer service was friendly in placing the order for the deadbolt however the actual product ended up being defective. I thought they would have checked the deadbolt before giving to me to have installed. I had it installed and the next day, the HOA needed to enter my unit. I told them I was on the master key and to proceed with entry. I received a threatening email from the HOA saying they were charging me due to not being able to access. I proceeded to have someone check the lock out the next day, and they too had a hard time entering. It works but provided it's a new lock, it should be a seamless entry and not finicky and aligning to the right angle to open. I called them at the lock company and staff there made a big scene and said I need to uninstall the lock and bring it in for them to test it as they haven't deemed it defective. I would have had them install it had they had the availability to meet a tight timeline but they didn't and now the burden of proof is on me. Summary: if you are buying something from them, the experience will be good but if you have issues, they provide no customer service.

These Folks do great work. They were able to make me copies of an old, complex skeleton key and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I had visited three other shops around the city that couldn’t even help me, but Nyberg got it done. The keys work perfectly!
