Initially I had a pretty poor experience where the key cut didn't work. After reaching out to customer service, the swiftly apologized and refunded me the charge. I gave them a second try perhaps 20 minutes later and the second key worked perfectly. I must have gotten unlucky the first time. The customer service here is what made this a great experience.

The worst service I’ve ever had.I call them to fix my car locks .he just copy the key and take the money and left.he is not professional at all !!

The kiosk was placed in an odd spot... right in the line where people would check out and I was in the way of several customers waiting. Keys were fine and worked. They weren't as clean cut as going to a full service place that buffs them as well.
