It was easy to have the keys made and relatively quick. My only concern is the keys are a thinner metal that does not seem nearly as sturdy as the original and could bend under pressure. For the price I did expect a heavier metal key.

I called about re-keying a couple locks. Had to talk to 3 people before they finally said they have no technicians availible in the area. When I inquired about scheduling an appointment for the following week they simply hung up the phone. Great customer service.....
