This was a good experience. And when u consider that it was the only place that would come out, $100 for a normal house lock (not deadbolt) wasn't bad. He was patient with the lock, almost gave up, but tried 1 more thing and it worked.

A bit pricey but the service was good

3 keys, 6 bucks. You get to watch the keys being cut which is pretty cool. The kiosk placement is a little weird because you're sandwiched between two cash register lines but I guess that works out for them in advertising.

Quick, fast, convenient, able to pay cash or card. Key were exact match. No sticking

I am beyond upset, I called this place because I needed to get new keys since I lost mine own, about two minutes later I received a called from someone else that I called before this one, so I called immediately “5 minutes” later and asked to cancel the lady said there is a $30 dollars charge for cancellation, now when I called a technician was going to get a hold of me before they could dispatch him or her she said 25-30 minutes and I had received no call because literally was 5 minutes that I had called so she said sorry is a $30 dollar charge “REALLY”? I should had read the reviews on this place before even calling is so upsetting how poor the customer service was and the way that she spoke to me, maybe advise customers that there is a 30 dollar cancellation fee before hanging up the phone or somewhere in the conversation.

Awful service. Very rude. Don't ever go here for lives can services. Had to go in 3 times just to complete lives can because the lady would fail to send out finger prints and then she claimed I only went to fill out paperwork even though I had receipts to prove I paid for all services, and she made me pay each time. So not worth it.

This is a horrible place to mail anything of importance. Not only does this place have the appearance of a thrift store, with purses displayed and advertised for sale, the employee is so rude while conversing on the phone using profanity while ignoring potential customers..soo embarrassing..if you want to gamble with the delivery of your mail...your at the right place..If you want to ensure your mails security...Run from that place as Fast as you can...🏃

Rude employees. Crappy Service. They stay on the phone and make you wonder why you entered the place? Will not get my business again.

I am normally not a review type, but I am very impressed with this store, and its owner. The art of true customer service is not lost as I had assumed, with this society being inundated with large "big box" , money is the bottom line store. Not only can you handle shipping needs, but many other services and products, including computer and wifi usage. Both times I visited this establishment I was greeted, and served expeditiously, with a smile. On my second visit, I had some packages to send, arm in sling. Before I could figure a way to fill out slips, the gracious owner, offered to fill them out for me, there were 10. On 4/24/1026 I again had to visit Mail It Shred It, to get some papers notarized, faxed and overnighted immediately. Same warm atmosphere and great service. Another customer entered, a very irate man. She greeted, and assisted this man who only wanted postal boxes, no purchase. Because this man could not get more boxes than she had, and she suggested he visit post office, and asked did he need directions. This guy proceded to use foul language and speak disrespectfully to owner. I even felt uncomfortable and much more agitated than the owner appeared to be. The owner never stopped smiling, and being cordial as she asked him to leave. I am impressed. Not once did she lose her cool. But in fact had me smiling again in no time. She even apologized to me for the wait and the customer. This is one small business I will continue to patronize. BTW ladies while I was there a purse caught my eye....You should check them out....not only did I get great customer service, but now I have the perfect bag for my trip.
