After having no luck at a hardware store, I came here looking for a hard to find key for an electrical panel door. Not only did they have the key in stock, I was in & out in less then 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Great job guys!

I was in Southern California about to board a cruise ship with my family. I was unaware I needed to bring my birth certificate. The cruise line would allow me to board if I got a photo of it. 3 keys, 6 bucks. You get to watch the keys being cut which is pretty cool. The kiosk placement is a little weird because you're sandwiched between two cash register lines but I guess that works out for them in advertising.

I am beyond upset, I called this place because I needed to get new keys since I lost mine own, about two minutes later I received a called from someone else that I called before this one, so I called immediately “5 minutes” later and asked to cancel the lady said there is a $30 dollars charge for cancellation, now when I called a technician was going to get a hold of me before they could dispatch him or her she said 25-30 minutes and I had received no call because literally was 5 minutes that I had called so she said sorry is a $30 dollar charge “REALLY”? I should had read the reviews on this place before even calling is so upsetting how poor the customer service was and the way that she spoke to me, maybe advise customers that there is a 30 dollar cancellation fee before hanging up the phone or somewhere in the conversation.
