I called for a vehicle lockout, and after giving the address i was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 50 minutes later i called again because they were not there yet, and they didn't know where i was despite me giving them the address. When they finally arrived a full hour after i called, the man was exceedingly unprofessional about it and, most concerningly, did not have a mask at all. Additionally i was only told the price after the work was already done and was ridiculously overcharged for such horrible service. Do not, under any circumstances, use this business

Stunningly terrible. I called to have a lock re-keyed. I had no existing copies of the original keys and explained that explicitly beforehand and was assured that would not be a problem. Lo and behold a technician comes to my home 30min late to the appointment and tells me the work can't be done. However, they can replace the lock itself for only $120! Luckily I'm not brain dead. Thank the technician for his time but wouldn't move through with it. But hang on, there's a service fee JUST for showing up, which I was NEVER told about. Disgusting professionalism and I assume a majority of their business comes from not telling their customers about this service fee. Definitely need a long shower after being violated like that

If you can avoid this place please do. I called requesting to get my battery changed in my key fob before I knew that you can do it yourself. The first time I called the man who called me back was completely rude. He called me the wrong name and then he said, "well you knew what I meant." He also never gave me a quote until I called back to cancel my appointment. And called back a third time because they left a message saying they could do it for 160 after I said someone else quoted me for 200 I said no thank you I did it myself. And then the man TEXTED ME saying he could do it for 149. Not only was I harassed after I declined services but almost SCAMMED because I did what they could do for four dollars. It was a simple Google search.
