I called the night before in order to do a lockout on my property that had a squatter in it. I told them it was important to be on time being the sheriffs were going to assist in getting my house back they promised to be on time only the tech wasn't there the Sherriffs showed up and I called the Tech he was not there on time and he didn't even leave his location and was 30 minutes out I almost had to reschedule with all the frustrations already for the renter that didn't pay mr for 7 months this almost turned out bad luckily the sheriff agreed to wait which they never do but he felt bad. Then the Tech charged me 500 dollars to replace 3 locks. This was ridiculous and had my anxiety through the roof. Don't use this company if the appointment time is important for you.
