The worst customer service. I called to see if they could unlock my car for me, and the man on the phone and the technician that came to my site were both very unprofessional. After the service was complete, the technician wasn’t even able to take a credit card, and he didn’t have change to take a cash payment. I understand that he probably didn’t carry cash for safety purposes, but I was never told that they couldn’t take a card and that should have been specified before the technician was sent out. When I am stuck someplace in the dark, by myself, and I have to ask a stranger for a service that I have to pay for, all I expect is that they are professional, and have the common decency to be nice. It’s not that hard, and it’s a legitimate way to run a business. I am very disappointed with this service.

Worst customer service. I called to have my car opened and he rudely said no, because he was having dinner and that he always gets called when he is having dinner. I don't know why he says he is 24-7 service if he isn't going to help. I understand there is lunch hours but it wasn't my fault that other people call him during his breaks. He could have been polite about it and said it could take certain amount of time. Would not recommend in need of help.

I lost the keys to my 1994 Ford F350 pickup. I live in the country, a 30-minute drive from American Lock Shop. The owner answered and came out on a same-day service. When he got here, he realized he did not have the necessary style of key blank to make the key on-site. He took the door lock out and headed back to his shop. In the meantime, we found the keys. I called and told him and he said he would be back the next day to reinstall the door lock. I thanked him and told him I would rather not inconvenience him further and would bring the truck to him, which I did the following day. I intended to pay him for his time and trouble but he refused, asking me to consider using him next time I needed a service. I will definitely call him for any locksmith needs and I definitely recommend him to anyone else in his service area.
