Have had a number of good experiences at this Pop-A-Lock. The gentleman today helped me by getting a new key for my car to include the fob. While the key was costly it wasn't the right one per day and rather than just sale it to me as is he informed me.of the difference and let me make the choice. This is good business practices. Each time I was greeted quickly and helped with a smile. This goes a long way. Will use these guys again.

Always friendly, no matter how many times I've had to call them! Sometimes can take a while for someone to arrive, but they do have to cover a huge area, and they let you know the approximate wait time. Super great people here!

Showed up in the timeframe I was given and unlocked my truck quickly and effectively. Stayed while my son and I searched the truck for my key. When we couldn't find it, he arranged for a locksmith to make me a new key. To unlock my truck, it was only $40. The new key will be around $100 (I drive a '98 Toyota 4Runner), which is a whole lot cheaper than other places. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely use them again if I needed to

We had a flat in a busy freeway but outside the city. They came promptly, and fixed it quickly. My road hazard insurance was sending someone in 2 1/2 hours but he came in less than 30 and was reasonably priced. Thanks for keeping us out of the heat and safe!

Great people with great morale and work ethic! They're very fast and efficient! They were able to fix my car key within twenty minutes! They're also really fun people! They can do their job perfectly while still being able to joke around and make you feel comfortable while you wait. Great guys!!
