Just got my car towed by Sam, and legit he is the best tow truck driver ever. He took like 5 minutes to show up to my broken-down car, and even got my car into the carport at my house from the tow truck. Every other time any other company has towed any vehicle of mine, it has gotten damaged in the process. Except this time. He was safe, professional, and efficient. I was super impressed, obviously. Awesome. And very, very fast. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a tow truck driver or anything related to roadside assistance. I'll be calling them again, and request this particular guy as well. And I will 100% tell anyone else to do the same.

My mother was in town visiting and accidentally ran one tire off the driveway so it was hanging out over the ditch. Samuel and a second employee were able to quickly maneuver the vehicle and get the tire back on the drive way without causing any mechanical damage which was our biggest concern since she has to drive back to Indiana tomorrow.
