I spent over $100 to get some transponder keys cut for my truck. They work in ignition but not in door. The employees acted like they didn’t care and blamed it on my truck lock without even looking at it, even after visiting the store twice to complain about it. I went to Home Depot and got a key cut and it worked fine. I understand that mistakes happen but they did absolutely nothing to investigate or try to fix the issue for a customer.

Things went well. The technician was on time. He was quick, polite and through. He let me in w that he was not able to get the keyless dead bolt that I needed. I was left trying to find it myself. At least he was nice enough to let me know. Everything else was fine.

These guys were awesome. Most affordable place i could find for the work I needed done. Almost half of what I was being quoted at other local locksmiths. The man who came out was helpful with answering any questions i had and quick to get the job done and done correct. Best part about them was I asked for only one key to be made.
