Things went well. The technician was on time. He was quick, polite and through. He let me in w that he was not able to get the keyless dead bolt that I needed. I was left trying to find it myself. At least he was nice enough to let me know. Everything else was fine.

I was pleasingly surprised to find the keys worked great. They did not look exactly like the originals but they worked great! Loved getting a free key when i bought two! Cool designed, too.

Simple to use and key was perfect fit 😄 ...based on my experience next time will go with the buy two get one free offer which brings cost per key down to roughly 2.75$

The automated system made perfect copies of the two house keys - there were two types of keys needed and the copies worked as well as the original keys from the door lock manufacturer. I was skeptical, but absolutely worked well. No issues with the multiple copies. I will now recommend using this machine, this one was at a Lowe's store.
