Minute Key

I was a little skeptical when i saw a kiosk instead of a person who was going to make my keys. i put the first key in the slot and away the machine went. At the end of this process I was given 6 or so selections of the style of key I would prefer. A minute or so later I had a key in my hand. I then put in the second key and was prompted i will get my 3rd key for nothing, I ended up making three different keys, 2 house keys for 2 different locks and 1 padlock key. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

none of my keys worked. why 4 stars then? because i emailed the company and support got back to me within minutes and refunded my money. I'm sorry but in this day and age where everyone's excuse is "due to covid" or "we are experiencing higher than usual call volume", handling an issue in a timely manner is still a positive experience. Sad but true

Definitely the best hardware store around. I always find what I am looking for. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend them for parts, supplies and tools.

Went for 2 garden hand shovels, 1 for me & 1 for my 4 year old grandson. He was helping Grandma. As usual everything was clean and orderly. Everyone there is always helpful
