Ibrahim came within an hour. He was able to unlock our home. He had difficulty only because we told him the wrong rotation of the lock. Once he corrected that, he unlocked it in a few minutes. The locksmith was awesome, I wish I knew his name. Showed up when he said would. I had been calling 24hr locksmiths all nigh. No 24hrs service. At 6:00am I called Rapid and by 6:50 am I was in my garage and my wife was off to work. The guy who answered the phone was great too. He could tell I needed the door open and I believe passed my concerns down to the locksmith. Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!

I made spare keys for my house & the process was easy & all of the copied keys work well. I like that the machine has a key cleaner to shave off rough edges. I will recommend this to my friends.

I used the kiosk at a Menards. The machine wasn't cutting them same day, but I was mailed the new keys in about a week. I think normally the machine cuts it. They work. Theyre keys.

This was the first time I have ever seen a machine keep a record of my house key and being able to come back to it if I ever loose the key I have and by a click of a bottom I can get another key. It’s so convenient.
