Ibrahim came within an hour. He was able to unlock our home. He had difficulty only because we told him the wrong rotation of the lock. Once he corrected that, he unlocked it in a few minutes. The locksmith was awesome, I wish I knew his name. Showed up when he said would. I had been calling 24hr locksmiths all nigh. No 24hrs service. At 6:00am I called Rapid and by 6:50 am I was in my garage and my wife was off to work. The guy who answered the phone was great too. He could tell I needed the door open and I believe passed my concerns down to the locksmith. Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!

Took about 3 minutes for the guys to get me a new key fob at an excellent price. Friendly and professional. I had called ahead of time and the guy who answered made sure they had in stock exactly what I needed before I went over. I've used them in the past as well. Their products work well over time!

Nothing but a pleasure to work with! Chue was our installation technician and he was AMAZING! I called mid morning and they had someone out that same day. We went over my needs and I got the bid later that afternoon. After briefly discussing I decided to move forward and I could not be happier. I was able to have my knobs swapped the next day in record time. After realizing I needed to add another key to one of the handles Chue worked his magic and came back out the next day! Highly recommend them for your locksmith needs! Chue is awesome! I will be a return customer!

I picked this locksmith based on good online reviews. Good choice. We needed a new key fob programmed, pretty quick and helpful. Meanwhile, the shop feels like a fun family business, also selling Pokemon cards, treats, etc and fish tanks to check out. I had kids along and they were happy and occupied while the key was reprogrammed.

It started with calling Locksmith Disciples for an emergency vehicle lockout and Chue showed up on time and quickly resolved the situation. I have then used Locksmith Disciples for an emergency home lockout, door re-keys, vehicle key copying/programming and they have been fast and professional and have given great advice. I called to get a new key fob and they came within one hour! They were much cheaper than the dealership and the technician was friendly and quick. It took like 5 minutes to get it programmed. I highly recommend them.
