Ibrahim came within an hour. He was able to unlock our home. He had difficulty only because we told him the wrong rotation of the lock. Once he corrected that, he unlocked it in a few minutes. The locksmith was awesome, I wish I knew his name. Showed up when he said would. I had been calling 24hr locksmiths all nigh. No 24hrs service. At 6:00am I called Rapid and by 6:50 am I was in my garage and my wife was off to work. The guy who answered the phone was great too. He could tell I needed the door open and I believe passed my concerns down to the locksmith. Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service! They came to my house and created a spare key two of my vehicles. One was found to have a problem with the ignition that they would have to work on at their shop. I was pleasantly surprised when they fixed that that I ended up with two brand new keys and ignition. The convenience of coming to your home is awesome and their van was sent up for every key imaginable. Super pleased and one happy customer here!

These guys bailed me out of a major league issue getting a new fob programmed for Mercedes. Unbelievably excellent customer service and ridiculously knowledgeable. I cannot rave enough about how excellent these folks are. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would.
