Ibrahim came within an hour. He was able to unlock our home. He had difficulty only because we told him the wrong rotation of the lock. Once he corrected that, he unlocked it in a few minutes. The locksmith was awesome, I wish I knew his name. Showed up when he said would. I had been calling 24hr locksmiths all nigh. No 24hrs service. At 6:00am I called Rapid and by 6:50 am I was in my garage and my wife was off to work. The guy who answered the phone was great too. He could tell I needed the door open and I believe passed my concerns down to the locksmith. Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees were nice. Went in to get a battery replaced in an iPhone Xs. I wasn’t told until after I was done that the New battery wouldn’t have the same functionality as the original Apple battery. So the Battery Health > Maximum Capacity function no longer works, and i have a constant Important Battery Message Notification in my Settings app. This was not the case with my previous iPhone when I brought it in to get the battery replaced. Had I realize this I would’ve gone to an Apple store to get a new battery.

4/16 UPDATE: The store manager did in fact work with me and reimbursed all. He (Dustin) was also extremely professional in dealing with a tough situation. I have changed my rating, and I will return because of their follow through. Josh was very polite and professional. The battery replacement caused an issue requiring me to go to the dealer for repair. I have called and spoke to Josh asking for response from the manager for how to handle the charges. I've received apologies from Josh many times, but I have not once heard from a manager. I expected better professional responses from the management.

Bad customer service. The guy walked away in the middle of helping me to answer the phone. There were 3 other guys working in the store (including the manager) who could have answered it. At the time there were no other customers in the store. I stood there waiting as I saw another customer come in and get helped. I waited until eventually I told the manager and he just said, “Thanks for letting me know” instead of getting someone else to help me or helping me himself.

I don't know the name of the woman who helped me, but she was super nice and friendly! Changed out my car battery in super cold weather, and she did it quickly too. She also made sure that my car started up correctly as well. Great friendly service, will recommend friends here and come back myself whenever I need. :)

Had my cell phone battery replaced here with same day service. I also saw marine boat batteries, regular batteries, and more. Clean and well staffed. Would recommend.
