Fantastic service. My Galaxy S10+ stopped charging. Took it in, and the clerk cleaned the port to get it working. I thought I would need a replacement port, but she took the time to clean it . Fantastic

I have always had good service every time I have gone to that store for my battery needs. I no longer live in West Saint Paul but I just happened to be passing through and needed a battery for a new to me vehicle I purchased. I will continue to make the trip out for future battery needs as well. You have a loyal customer!

Batteries Plus has a remarkable inventory either on hand, or readily available. The staff will test your batteries to help you diagnose problems. They recycle your old batteries when you buy a replacement. Some of the staff are extremely helpful with diagnosis, parts selection, and minor assembly.... you just have to ask the right staff member. The down sides of Batteries Plus are the varying level of ability among the staff, and their prices are higher than big box stores and Internet retailers.
