Great Job on the broken spring replacement! He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He got the job done quickly and explained what he was doing. He checked out the system and suggested we replace the shaft bearing now. I am very happy he upsized our spring since the last one had been replaced about 10 years ago! I really like that Precision uses email and text to communicate so I was kept informed about the appointment, who would do the job, and job documentation.
